Easy to use and makes lots of zest. Rinses off cleaning thoroughly. Very sharp so watch your knuckles and fingernails.

Great Zester

I got this just in time to use on a recipe that called for the fine zest of a lemon, a lime and an orange. This did a great job. The zest was just as I wanted it and cleanup was easy.
