Silpat is an indispensable kitchen tool, for professionals and amateurs alike. It is completely non-stick and can be used at temperatures up to 480 degrees. No more greasing and flouring pans, baked goods will slide off this ingenious sheet as soon as they are cool. And the surface distributes heat brilliantly for even baking. Silpat is perfect for reheating pizza, for baking incredible cookies, for baking chicken and so much more – lay it flat on a standard baking sheet and enjoy. Rolls up for easy storage and won't stain or absorb odor.

This innovation, made of fiberglass and silicone, is good for over 2000 uses, and is FDA, NSF and Kosher certified. Silpat has been highlighted on the Food Network and is an award-winning product.

I read reviews from many others before purchasing this product. I agree that this is an excellent product - works great every time. I have heard mats like this made in China don't work as well. I don't have a Chinese made baking mat, but after buying this one, I don't even want to try a different product. Works great every time and I no longer have to cut parchment paper to fit into my baking sheets. Awesome!
