Always looking for better ways to read recipes while preparing one. The ones I tear out of magazines or print out myself from online need a magnet and this was perfect. Just the best answer yet...it's like magic and I got the color that matches utensils in my kitchen. Thanks.

We usually download recipes from the internet, and print them out. My cookbook stand wasn't made for single sheets of paper. This little stone has the right amount of curvature to hold the paper upright, and the tiny magnet is strong enough to not shake loose. And, it's cute, a conversation piece, and takes up very little space on the counter.

These are a really cute, unique idea for gifts. I got one in every color available after getting my own and trying it out in my own kitchen. They work just as described and take up only a small footprint on my counter. I do think they are over priced, but then, what isn't any more?
