It makes an excellent tool to wipe the bowl clean when pouring finished batters and frostings from the bowl. The first and only coated metal flexible edge beater – designed to deliver durable performance – is dishwasher safe. The one-sided wiper is specifically designed and tested for compatibility with your mixer, fitting stand mixer models KP2661, KL26M, KP26M1, KP26M8, KR26N9, KV25G, and KV25M.

The flex edge beater is the best, when blending cake batter, you don't have to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl. Cuts down on prep time.
