I cannot tell you how many turners I have purchased over the years. The result was always the same, the end melts after several uses. I like to make grilled cheese sandwiches and when I try to turn them, the end of the turner snags on the bread and I have a messy sandwich. This turner does not melt on the end and does not snag on eggs, sandwiches, or pancakes. I highly recommend it.
