I am returning this product, the concept is good, the tubes were to small, a lot of work with little results.

    Instructions are poor!

She loved it when I finally got it to operate. The assembly instructions and operating instructions are basically non-existent. She had the battery compartment cover on backwards (no instruction as to the alignment lines (can't see them well)) and she couldn't get the top on, (again no instruction as to the small knub that must be aligned with the notch). Hey, this isn't rocket science and I enjoy feeling useful around the house, but let's make it easier for women and the less handy people of the world.
Oh, and why are there 2 speeds (or 2 sounds)? When the trigger is pressed slightly, it makes a sound, and when it is pulled all the way, the sound changes. Again, no instruction. She likes it, but you should also include the preparation of the icing. Most icings should be brought to room temperature and/or thinned slightly to aid in flow. She still likes it. Hey, you should hire me to write your operating procedures.

this was the worst thing I have ever bought! I thought it would help with hand cramping and still have clean, crips details. Well I was wrong! Not only didn I have to wait longer then the ship date to get this, it keeps on pushing out frosting after you stop. I will never use this ever again it is trash!!!
