I'm glad this is being discontinued. Looks pretty and functional until you try to use it. Nothing fits and when you look at the pictures on the box and in the instructions you quickly discover why. The pictures are not the same unit that is in the box and there lies the problem. In short, nothing fits and it falls apart. It is only functional as a cake holder and there are better out there.

Practical and a great space saver

It's second nature for our family to bring something over for a gathering of friends, a short visit or just to say hello to a new neighbor. So it's always been a problem to find a container or box for that item you baked. It doesn't help that sometimes you are not sure what exactly we plan to make. This Traveler covers most every contingency and we love it! We were actually just looking for a cake/brownie/cupcake carrier and this covers that and more. Packing a salad for a family picnic is easy as we can now pack all the fixings separately. Making a crudite, antipasto or snack platter gets to be a breeze. And though we have never really volunteered making deviled eggs for family get togethers, that is now possible. I would give this 5 stars but I want to see how long it lasts though it seems to be more durable than others I've tried before (made of hi-impact plastic, so they say). And the only thing I would want more in this is the possibility of buying more covers and bases separately so I can use all the inserts at once.

Product turned out to be better than originally thought. I have not used same yet, but I am looking forward to doing so.
