I made my first batch of ice cream and it was quite successful. The instructions were very clear, the unit worked well and was easy to clean. It isn't a spur of the moment activity though. It takes planning and time. I'm storing my bowl in the freezer so it's always ready to go and that will cut a day off the process. The rest isn't too time consuming. If you make your ice cream mix in the evening and chill it overnight it will be ready to process the next day and just plan to do it early enough so the finished soft serve can sit in the freezer a couple of hours if you want it to harden. I'm very happy I purchased this.

This is the first time I ever made ice cream. I had no idea what is was doing .But, it turned out relatively easy. My buddy seemed to enjoy the French vanilla I made and was looking for more. I live alone and have to do my own cooking. I don`t mind messing a recipe up, this wasn`t so bad. I am going to try sorbet tomorrow.

This is so nice. I love it. Makes good ice cream without salt and ice cubes. No mess.
